As an experienced human resources executive Jason Hanold has the experience and intuition of an effective facilitator and advisor. He has worked as a recruiting director for top U.S. companies such as Deloitte, McKinsey & Company, and Whirlpool Corporation, and he was managing director and practice leader for a leading executive search firm. But in order to gain the framework and fact-based practices to match his extensive experience, Jason Hanold turned to the master of science in communication program at Northwestern University.
This one-year intensive program focuses on communication, innovation, management, and ethics. In addition to small classes led by a strong faculty, the program integrates networking and professional development opportunities to help its graduates emerge with a competitive advantage. Courses are held on Saturdays so working professionals can continue their careers. Jason Hanold took the confidence, knowledge, and connections he gained in this program into founding his own HR staffing firm, Hanold Associates LLC, Executive Search & Assessment.
