Uber Trying To Mend The Wounds

In this article, Jason Hanold is interviewed for his viewpoint as a human resources professional on the recent negative press for Uber and what they are doing to save their brand.

Uber has had a lot of success with users and boast a high adoption rate because their product is useful. Hanold is quoted as saying, “people tend to root for companies that make our lives easier, despite their leadership — but only up to a point”.
